Multi-level cleaning: special cleaning equipment for lotus root, high cleaning degree, ensuring no gritty taste of lotus root powder.

Grinding and filtering: Aiming at the low content of lotus root and lotus root powder, and the low density of lotus root lumps, a suitable grinding method and extraction method of pressure filtration are designed to ensure crushing and filtration.

Sand and mud removal: special two-stage sand removal design, mud removal must be cleaned to ensure the quality of lotus root powder.

Concentrator: Concentrate the low-concentration starch slurry first, reducing the amount of subsequent equipment processing.
