Today, we present an in-depth analysis of Huatai's fourth generation cottonseed and sunflower oil production line, featuring advanced solvent extraction technology.

Materials from pre-treatment enter the extractor featuring adjustable material levels and anti- leakage design. The raw materials complete one fullcycle in the loop type extractor before discharge.

Depending on capacity and material properties, the line can use drag chain extractor or loop type extractor. 

The wet meal is transferred via enclosed conveyor to the DTDC. It includes four tiers predesolventizing, toasting, drying and cooling. Each with automatic level control. The finished meal is sent to storage for weighing and packaging.

Miscella from the extractor is purified through a miscella centrifuge to remove fine impurities. It then undergoes double effect evaporation primary and secondary stages for vapor liquid separation.

The concentrated miscella enter stripping column, dis-and donut trays remove residual solvents to meet national crude oil standards.

After heat exchange, crude sunflower oil is stored in temporary tanks for subsequent refining stages.
