Step 1: Feed Material Crushing

The usage of crushing system is increasing surface area of feed which is good for animal digestion and absorption and improving the processing performance of raw materials.

Huatai Group supply four types of feed crushers. Hammer crusher is suitable for small-sized or medium-sized feed processing plants. The water drop hammer crusher is usually used in large-sized and medium-sized feed factories. The ultra fine feed crusher is designed for grinding raw materials of special aquatic feed.

Step 2: Feed Material Mixing

Mixing is considered to be one of the essential operations in animal feed production line. Lack of proper mixing may lead to reduced diet uniformity, affecting the feed pellet quality.

The mixer machine can be equipped with atomizing spraying system to add needed liquids additive, which can improve the feed pellet quality.

Step 5: Feed Pellet Screening & Grading

The crushed feed pellets are with different sizes, and there may be some powder. This process is mainly to sort out the inappropriate pellets and powder and send the standard pellets to next process.

Step 6: Feed Pellet Packing

The feed pellets will be packed for transporting, storing or selling. Automatic weighing and packing machines can weigh and pack the pellets automatically with high accuracy, the packed weight can be adjusted according to market demands.
