
From October 25 to 27, 2025, the 12th Annual Academic Conference of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association and the Exhibition of New Achievements, Technologies, Equipment, and Products, co-hosted by the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association and Jiangnan University, was successfully held in Wuxi. Themed "Grain Quality and Food Safety, Integration of Science and Technology Innovation, and a Healthy Future," the event provided a diverse platform integrating academic exchange, popular science education, and research results promotion. Leading industry experts, including Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Chen Jian and Li Peiwu, were invited to deliver special lectures, focusing on key issues in the high-quality development of the cereals and oils industry. Its integrated multi-stage sorting system precisely separates the shell from the kernel, significantly improving raw material utilization. Its palm oil press, equipped with independently developed twin-screw pressing technology and a fully automatic PLC control system, not only boosts oil yield to industry-leading levels but also utilizes an IoT module to enable real-time monitoring of production parameters and remote operation and maintenance. This significantly reduces unit energy consumption compared to traditional equipment, meeting the current demand for green and energy-saving development in the grain and oil processing industry.

During the discussion, Yan Bo reviewed the company's development history in detail. He stated that Huatai Intelligent Equipment has consistently adhered to independent technological innovation over the years. Leveraging a deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application, the group has established a soybean protein R&D center with Wuhan University of Light Industry, collaborated with Henan University of Technology on a number of new oil and fat technologies, established a joint laboratory with Jiangnan University, and established a collaborative innovation center with the Zhongyuan Food Laboratory. The group has assembled a research team of over 100 people, continuously achieving breakthroughs in
grain and oil processing equipment. From its early days manufacturing basic equipment to its current offering of intelligent complete solutions, the company's path of innovation has consistently focused on the core need of ensuring high-quality grain and food safety, developing customized equipment tailored to the specific characteristics of different oilseeds.
