Recently, the 500-ton/day (500T/D) low-temperature soybean meal production line project, independently developed, designed, and customized by Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group, officially commenced shipment. The complete set of equipment will be delivered to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in batches for installation. This production line not only showcases Huatai Group's advanced protein equipment technology but will also become the largest single-production low-temperature soybean meal production line in Inner Mongolia, injecting strong momentum into the local soybean deep processing industry.
As a key supporting project for the upgrading of the regional
grain and oil processing industry, the delivery and implementation of this production line will greatly enhance the supporting capabilities of the local soybean deep processing industrial chain. Its core technological highlights are prominent: through the dual support of precise low-temperature leaching technology and gentle secondary desolventizing technology, it efficiently extracts oil while minimizing protein thermal denaturation from the source of the process. The final product, low-temperature soybean meal, not only boasts a high water solubility index but also exhibits excellent protein activity and low solvent residue, fully meeting the stringent standards for high-quality raw materials in the high-end food processing and bio-manufacturing sectors. This lays a solid foundation for the customer's subsequent production of high-value-added products such as soy protein concentrate and soy protein isolate.
