Huatai Ships Complete Copra Oil Processing Line to Indonesia
Henan, China – Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group has successfully shipped a complete copra (dried coconut) pressing and refining line to Indonesia, one of the world's largest coconut-producing nations . This project marks another major achievement in Huatai's deep cultivation of Southeast Asian markets along the Belt and Road.
Indonesia has abundant copra resources, and local enterprises have clear demand for oil extraction and refining equipment. Based on the customer's raw material characteristics and capacity requirements, Huatai customized the pressing section with a specialized screw press structure optimized for copra, improving oil yield and reducing residual oil in the cake .
The refining section utilizes Huatai's proprietary intelligent refining technology, focusing on key stages including alkali refining, decolorization, and deodorization. This effectively removes free fatty acids and impurities from crude oil while preserving the natural flavor of coconut oil, ensuring the finished product meets local market quality standards for medium to high-grade edible oils .
From contract signing to complete line delivery, the Huatai team completed process design, equipment manufacturing, and quality inspection. All equipment underwent internal testing before shipment . Following delivery, Huatai's installation and process engineer team will travel to Indonesia to guide equipment installation and line commissioning, providing systematic training for customer operators.
