Vacuum Negative Pressure Refining Pot (Main Equipment)
Specifications: 5–20 tons/pot, multiple pots in parallel (2–4 pots); Material: 304/316L, Heat Transfer Oil/Steam Jacket Heating.
Process: 110–130℃, -0.02~-0.05MPa slight negative pressure; 2–3 hours/boiler; with variable frequency scraper and agitator to prevent scorching.
Preheating Tank: Preheats to 80–90℃ for melting, shortening the main refining time.
Negative Pressure Condensation System
Water vapor + odor → tube condenser → distilled water; exhaust gas meets emission standards.
Oil Residue Separation and Coarse Filtration (Crude Oil, Oil Press Residue): Sieve Plate Oil Residue Separator: Perforated scraper separates large residues (>0.5mm), oil leaks into the oil collection tank; continuous operation.
Screw Press: Oil residue with 15–25% oil content → pressed to ≤5%; 200–350 model, single unit daily processing capacity 10–30 tons; cake used as feed/organic fertilizer.

Degumming Tank: Adds phosphoric acid/water to remove colloids and phospholipids; 60–70℃.
Deacidification Tank: Adds alkali to neutralize free fatty acids; lowers acid value.
Decolorization Tank: Adds activated clay/activated carbon to remove pigments and odors; lightens oil color.
Deodorization Tank (Vacuum): 220–240℃, -0.09MPa high vacuum, removes odors and residual solvents; shelf life ≥18 months.
Environmental Protection, Oil Storage, and Automation System (Standard for large manufacturers)
Odor Treatment: Spray tower + activated carbon adsorption + photocatalytic oxidation; no obvious odor.
Oil Storage Tanks: 304 stainless steel, insulated and heated; separate tanks for crude oil, refined oil, and finished products.
PLC Fully Automatic Control: Centralized control of temperature, pressure, level, and flow; one-button start/stop, data recording, and remote monitoring.
