By performing physical separation at temperatures well below the material's boiling point, the system efficiently removes free fatty acids, low-molecular-weight odor compounds, plasticizers, and fishy-smelling substances, thereby maximizing the retention of the fish oil's nutritional activity. Additionally, the line features an intelligent control system that enables precise, automated regulation of key parameters—such as temperature, pressure, and material levels—ensuring that core indicators (including acid value, peroxide value, color, odor, and harmful substance content) consistently meet national standards for health-grade food products.
