Complete Process Overview
The production line follows a scientific, energy-efficient workflow:
1. Feeding & Material Handling – Peanuts are fed by elevator with precise speed control to ensure stable production operation.
2. Cleaning & Destoning – Raw peanuts pass through vibrating cleaning screens and destoners to remove impurities, stones, and metal particles .
3. Crushing – Clean peanuts are conveyed to crushers for uniform particle size (2-4mm), increasing surface area for efficient pressing .
4. Cooking – Crushed material enters the cooking wok at 120°C. This temperature improves oil yield and develops rich peanut aroma .
5. Pressing – Cooked particles are sent to high-efficiency screw presses. Oil is collected and filtered while oil cake is returned for cycling pressing.
6. Cake Collection – Pressed cakes are transported to storage for centralized collection.
