Batch Refining Process:

Our batch refining process is designed for efficient and effective oil refining, suitable for various edible oils, including soybean, peanut, and sunflower seed oils. The process includes three main steps:

1. Neutralization and Degumming:
   - Utilizing two dedicated refining tanks with an iced degumming process.
   - Adding caustic soda (NaOH) to neutralize free fatty acids, forming soapstock, which is then discharged.
   - Efficient washing to remove residual soap, ensuring thorough removal of soapstock。



2. Bleaching:
   - Using activated clay to absorb color pigments in the bleaching tank.
   - Selective addition of activated carbon based on the materials.
   - Leaf filtration to remove spent bleaching earth, ensuring pure oil。

3. Deodorization:
   - Conducted at high temperatures and under high vacuum conditions to eliminate odor substances.
   - Supported by a steam generator that provides steam for the entire system。
