Recently, Huatai Intelligent Equipment Group welcomed a joint delegation from Huaxian People's Court and Huaxian Federation of Industry and Commerce for the "Law Protects Business, Commerce Thrives" corporate legal service program.
The delegation, led by Mr. Jia Hongbo, President of Huaxian Court, and Mr. Xiao Shengli, Party Secretary of the Federation, visited Huatai's intelligent production workshops and R&D center. They reviewed the company's progress in technology innovation, product development and overseas market expansion, and conducted an on-site "legal health check" covering contract management, intellectual property protection and labor compliance.
Mr. Yan Bo, Vice Chairman of Anyang Federation of Industry and Commerce and General Manager of Huatai, accompanied the visit and exchanged views on the company's legal needs.
The court team issued the "100 Tips for Preventing Corporate Legal Risks" handbook and provided targeted guidance on risk prevention — supporting Huatai's goal of building "prevention beforehand, standardization in process, resolution afterward" across all operations.
