Complete Processing Stages:

The process begins with cleaning and de-stoning, where vibrating screens and gravity separators remove impurities, stones, and metal particles. Next, dehusking and degerming uses Huatai's combined dry-method technology to separate the corn hull and germ while minimizing breakage. The material then enters grading and milling, where multiple roller mills and plansifters produce uniform coarse and fine grits. Finally, PLC automation controls the entire line, ensuring stable operation and consistent product quality with minimal labor.
