Huatai's lignite wax extraction line employs a patented continuous production process designed for high efficiency and energy savings. The system integrates extraction, desolventizing, evaporation, and solvent recovery into one seamless operation .

Process Overview:

The lignite is first crushed and screened to a particle size of 0.6–20mm, then fed into the extractor where it contacts organic solvent . After extraction, the wax-rich solution undergoes flash evaporation to recover the bulk of the solvent, followed by further evaporation to obtain crude lignite wax .
A key innovation is the heat exchange system: the liquid extract exchanges heat with the gaseous solvent from the desolventizer and evaporator before entering the evaporation unit. This raises the liquid temperature while cooling the gas before condensation—significantly reducing both heating and cooling energy consumption .
