Huatai 500 TPD Low-Temperature Soybean Meal Processing Line

Huatai Group’s 500 TPD low-temperature soybean meal production line represents advanced technology in protein processing. The core principle is preserving protein functionality by avoiding thermal denaturation during oil extraction and desolventizing.

Core Technology: Precision Low-Temperature Processing

The process uses precise low-temperature solvent extraction combined with gentle secondary desolventizing. Throughout the entire process, temperature and time parameters are strictly controlled to prevent protein thermal denaturation, preserving high water solubility (NSI) and protein activity.

Complete Processing Stages

The line covers: cleaning and classifying → low-temperature dehulling → conditioning → flaking → solvent extraction → low-temperature desolventizing → drying.

Key Advantages

The resulting low-temperature soybean meal features high NSI values (>80%), low residual oil (≤1%), and low solvent residue (<200 mg/kg). This makes it the premium raw material for producing soy protein concentrate (SPC, protein >65%), soy protein isolate (SPI, protein >90%), and functional proteins for food and health industries.

Huatai brings 38+ years of experience in oilseed and protein processing, with multiple national patents for low-temperature technology and 70+ countries served.
