Sesame oil processing

The process consists of five steps: dry cleaning of raw materials, hot air frying of seeds, pressing and oil extraction, crude oil filtration, and oil precipitation treatment. The whole process from raw material cleaning to the production of finished oil and molding by-products reaches the national secondary sesame oil standard.
Applicable objects:
Processing and production of ultra-fine fragrant flower oil, ultra-fragrant rapeseed oil, ultra-fragrant sesame oil, ultra-fragrant tea seed oil, and walnut oil.
Product introduction
The difference between making ultra-fine sesame oil and ordinary oil lies mainly in the cleaning, grading and open fire frying of seeds. The raw materials are graded and separated from the high-quality raw materials. After cleaning, crushing, and frying the seeds, they are mixed and pressed with the steel billets of the normal process in an appropriate proportion, so that the resulting crude oil has a special strong aroma. The classification is mainly that the inferior raw materials are scorched, affecting the flavor of concentrated sesame oil; the fried seeds are mainly used in horizontal drum woks and vertical layered woks. Steaming and frying the raw materials to a certain pressing temperature can obtain a special oil flavor.
Dry cleaning
This process consists of 12 equipment such as air separation, screening combination machine, stone removal machine, magnetic separator, dust removal wind net, etc., which can complete the whole process of raw material feeding, air separation, screening, stone removal, magnetic separation, ash removal, and unloading, and clean the dust and other air generated in this process.
Hot air seed frying
This process consists of fuel delivery system, blast furnace (oil, coal), flue gas, fan, hot air and temperature detection system. And this process is to complete the conditioning treatment after the raw materials are evenly fried to ensure the denaturation and hardening of internal protein, and fully ensure the separation of raw materials from waste gas generated in the production process.

Oil pressing
There is a heat preservation conveying device during the oil pressing process. The modified special oil press, smoke removal device, filter cake conveying device and other equipment complete the whole process of oil pressing, cake conveying, and oil press ash removal after sesame oil frying. After the above processes are completed, the oil is fully extracted from the raw materials, and the oil quality and environmental hygiene are guaranteed to the maximum extent. It is a small oil pressing equipment.
Crude oil filtration
This process consists of crude oil pool, crude oil pump, oil filter, oil pump and other equipment to complete the whole process of filtration, transportation and cake concentration of suspended matter in crude oil.
Oil precipitation
This process consists of oil pump, monitoring system and combined precipitation tank to complete the precipitation of filtered oil and produce national standard finished oil. (Cooling precipitation, low temperature filtration, natural precipitation below 10 degrees)
Electrical control and operating system
This system consists of electrical control cabinet and main and sub-operating platforms to support the use of this set of equipment, making this set of equipment a complete set of mechatronics.
