1. Pretreatment Equipment – From raw material cleaning and crushing to conditioning, flaking, and extrusion, each step is precision-engineered to determine oil yield and protein quality . The flaking mill creates 0.3–0.5mm thin flakes for optimal oil release, maximizing extraction efficiency.
2. Intelligent Oil Press – The entire soybean pre-pressing workshop is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system to ensure stable, efficient production. PLC automation reduces labor to one operator per shift, guaranteeing consistent quality and lower operating costs.
3. Solvent Extraction – Huatai's high-efficiency extractor uses countercurrent solvent technology, achieving ≤1% residual oil in meal. The DTDC system produces high-quality soybean meal for animal feed, making it ideal for large-scale industrial production.
4. Refining – The four-stage refining process—Degumming, Deacidification, Decolorization, and Deodorization—produces clear, stable Grade 1 oil. Optional dewaxing is available for premium product lines.
