Three Core Stages

1. Pretreatment – Quality First

Freshly harvested soybeans require cleaning, crushing, conditioning, and flaking before oil extraction. Huatai's patented technology fully disrupts soybean cell structures, maximizing subsequent extraction efficiency. Key equipment includes cleaning screens, magnetic separators, destoners, and flaking mills. The flaking mill creates 0.3-0.5mm thin flakes for optimal oil release, achieving over 98% impurity removal. Custom capacities range from 30 to 5000 T/D.

2. Extraction – Two Methods Available

• Pressing Method: Suitable for 1-50 T/D capacity. This physical extrusion process preserves natural soybean flavor. Ideal for small to medium-sized oil plants.
• Solvent Extraction Method: Suitable for larger scales. Huatai's high-efficiency extractor uses countercurrent technology, achieving ≤1% residual oil in meal. The DTDC system produces high-quality soybean meal for animal feed, making it ideal for large-scale industrial production.

3. Refining – Grade 1 Oil Output

This stage includes four essential processes: degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization. Optional dewaxing is available for premium product lines. Huatai's refining equipment features precision temperature control for crystal clear oil and pure taste, with fully continuous lines available up to 500 T/D. The energy-saving design incorporates heat recovery, reducing consumption by 15-20% while meeting national Grade 1 edible oil standards.
